鷺沢萩さんの声がとにかく優しい。
やわらかな口調に不思議と心と身体がほぐれてゆきます。
不安な時でもなんだか心穏やかになれるんです。

そして耳かき(右耳)・耳かき(左耳)・添い寝(虫の声ありorなしが選べます)・寝息(左右反転verもあり)まで入って1時間半超え!
大サービスのボリュームです♪

あんまり心地良くて、これを聴いてるといつの間にか眠ってしまっている自分がいます(笑)
お好みで組み合わせて自分だけの癒しタイムが作れますよ☆
