中々、寝付けなくなっているのと、自分の好きな人に添い寝してもらえるパートが、気になったので購入しました。

睡眠導入パートは、聴いているうちに、身体の緊張がほぐれていき、だんだんと心地よくなって、ぐっすり眠れて、目覚めもスッキリです。

添い寝パートの方は、まだ効果がないので、もう少し聴いてみます。
