寝る前に聞いていると気付いたら寝ていたぐらい
心穏やかになりました。
波の音にも癒され、甘々な雰囲気も味わえて
個人的にはゆったりとした時に聞くのがいいかなーと
思います。
日々の生活が慌ただしく忙しい人にオススメです。
