ステージ4Bとエキストラステージを抜いた東方永夜抄全曲のアレンジ集です。
同じ曲名が二つ入っていますが、基本的に前の曲は道中、後ろの曲はボス戦の曲になっています。
また、いくつかの曲はヴォーカル曲になっています。
今回の作品はネタ曲が若干多めになっているように感じました。
また、一部の曲は東方乙女囃子や月燈籠の曲をさらにアレンジした曲だったりするので、他の作品を持っていると、より楽しめるかもしれません。
