商店街運営シミュレーションゲーム。海洋レストラン☆海猫亭、ハーヴェストグリーンなどのサークル過去作と比較すると複雑で難易度は高いかもしれない。
人口を増やすには店舗の地価を高くする必要があったり、人口が増えて店舗が狭いままだと客から不安が出て発展しにくくなったりして、このあたりのバランスを上手く考える必要がある。
十数時間単位、数十時間単位でじっくり遊べるゲーム。
