作品紹介にあるように、ポンジャンと麻雀を足してスペルカードを掛けたようなゲーム。

スペルカード(つまりいかさま技)は各キャラクター固有。
霊夢なら夢想封印とか、フランならレーヴァティンとかがあって、それぞれ効果が異なる。

和了役も原作にちなんだもので、例えば霊夢、魔理沙、咲夜の妖々夢自キャラ3名で「妖々夢」と言う役になるなど、さまざまなものがある。
