皆さん、「聞くだけで英語が話せるようになる」なんてCDを聞いたことはありませんか?
あれを聞いてると眠くなってきますよね。
例えが悪いかもしれませんが、わからない言葉を優しい声で聞かされたら眠くならないわけがありません。
いろいろ考えてしまって眠れない!という時に聞いてみたのですが、すんなりと寝付けました。
バイノーラルでは逆に興奮してしまうのでは?と心配もしましたが、杞憂でした。
是非シリーズ化して欲しいです。
