実際の武道稽古でも、見えない腕を想像しながら動く、などという方便というか、教えられ方をしますが、やはり、ピンポイントで理解しているのか、といわれると答えに困ったりします。
実際に指導された経験の中で、判りにくかったこと、説明不足に思えたことが、音声の中で、一つの形で説明されたいたことに感動しました。
