感受性を高めて、生活を豊かにしてくれる音声です。
スクリプトと解除音声の間に他の音声を挟んで使います。メインはイメージ法かな?
落ち着いた女性の声で、ゆったりと落ち着かせてくれるので安眠用としてもオススメです。

自分は何度も寝落ちしてしまって、最後まで聴けたのが5回目くらいでしたね。
癒し効果はばっちりだと思いますので、是非。
