他作品の前に聴くことで、より感受性を高められるため作品に入り込みやすい、という点が気になって購入しました。
結果としては、このサイニィコンディショナーひとつで立派に独立した催眠になっているので、導入のプラスαというよりも単体のリラックス音声として聴いています。
値段もお手頃なので、まず催眠音声を初めて聴くという方にもおすすめできると思います。
