音声作品はその性質上、雑念があると十分に楽しめないことが多いです。
私はうっかり仕事や人間関係のことなどを思い出してしまい、作品どころじゃ無い精神状態になったりすることがあります。
そういった恐れがあるとき、ふとこれを聞いて気分をリフレッシュしてから音声作品を聞いてみてください。
また、この作品自体も優しい音声なので安眠効果も少し有るようにも感じます。
