なんとなく寝付けない時によく聞いています。
催眠誘導に従うまま、ぼんやりとしているうちに
意識が飛んでしまうので、気が付いたら朝です。

普段、ぐっすり眠れない方は、
こちらを聞いてぐっすりと寝てみてはいあがでしょうか?

セールも多いので、手が届きやすい作品です。
