全体として甘々な雰囲気で心穏やかになれるので睡眠導入にうってつけだと思います。
浅見ゆいさんの半端ない癒しボイスによる羊数えがとにかく素晴らしかったです。あまり変化のないセリフを続けて聴くのは結構睡眠に入りやすいなぁと個人的に感じました。
合間に挟んであるセリフも落ち着けて良かったです。
