シンプルに脳内の情報や記憶の整理をする方法を学べます。
どちらかと言うと画像のイメージが得意な人のほうがすんなり出来るのでは?と思います。私は画像や映像を基盤としてイメージするのはあまり得意ではないので、最初はものすごく集中力が要りました。

それでも楽しいので、まほー工房さんの他の作品と組み合わせて利用しています。おまけ、のサブウィンドウも大好きです。
