自分の場合は寝る前に聞いて安眠用として使用、または
催眠音声を聞く前の導入用として聞いています
催眠導入としては、とてもリラックスできるため途中で寝てしまうこともしばしばあり困りました
どちらかというと暗示の準備というよりは、睡眠に引き込まれる点にも注意です
