この音声、催眠初心者には最適なのではないかと思います。
バイノーラルビートの効果でこちらが努力しなくても自然に
トランス状態に入れます。
また、バックに綺麗な音楽が常に流れていて、ガイド役のミレーニアさんの優しい声でとてもリラックスできます。

「ボヨンボヨン」みたいな音を聴きながらシャボン玉に守られているイメージをするワークがあるのですが、まるで深海の中を漂っているようで神秘的ですらあります。
