私は風邪をひいて頭痛が酷かった時にこれを購入いたしました。
聴いていると確かに、他のことにイメージや集中力を割くことによって頭痛などの痛みが気にならなくなるのかなと思えました。
また、風邪の時や頭痛などの痛みがある時ってどうしても少し悪いことを考えてしまいますし、思考もまとまりません。
それを音声を聞くことによって思考の方向を一定にしてくれ、落ち着けるから痛みなどが和らぐのかなとも感じました。
