リラックスとしても優秀な催眠音声なのではないでしょうか。
好きな音声作品により入りこみやすくなる、とのことですが、この作品の時間20分ちょっとが視聴時間に加わってくることになるので、実際に活用するには時間にゆとりが必要かな。本当にお気に入り!な作品に使ってみるといいのかもしれません。
