日中忙しいと、布団に入ってからも色々と考えてしまって落ち着けない、眠れないということがあるかと思います。
この音声はそんな時、頭の中をフラットにしてくれます。
単品で聞いてゆっくり眠りの世界に入っていくのも良し、この音声の後に他のものを聞くのも良し。
何よりこの価格ですので気軽に試してみるといいと思います。
