大人のお姉さんが癒してくれるほのぼのものです。
個人的には頭のツボマッサージが好み。
環境音で入ってる鳥の鳴き声はちょっとわざとらしいかな?と感じたのですが、環境音無しのファイルもあるので安心です。
また、製作者の方が意図していない聴き方でしょうけど…風邪で片耳の聴こえ方が変になっている時に、
聴こえる方の片耳だけで全編聴けるのがありがたかったです。
耳かき有りのものだと、片耳だけで聴くとどうしても空白の時間ができてしまうんですよね。
