大体はよくある家外観+家内装、部屋の素材集ですが、
部屋素材にオタク部屋があることと、ベランダがあることが大きな特徴です。
オタク部屋とベランダの素材は無いわけではないものの、
まだあまり見かけない素材なので、そういう素材を探している人は買いでしょう。
また、家外観は玄関では無く道の素材なので、
住宅街の背景としても使うことが出来ます。
