始めてこういう音声物+催眠物なのですが買ってよかったです。
美しい声に耳を澄ませベッドの上で聞いていると耳と脳みそがざわざわしてきて、だんだん声が遠くに反響?してるかのように聞こえなんだか”ぽわーん”となります。
これが多分力が抜けている感覚なのかわかりませんが、すごくリラックスできました。
