アメと鞭の具合がうまい、応援上手な健気な妹の音声作品。
危機感を与える現実的なワードは結構刺さるが、そこから諭すようなやさしさ、がんばったあとのご褒美の甘さと一連の流れでモチベーションを保ちやすい。
やる気が起きないときに聴くのもいいが、いざ始めるというそのちょっと前に聴くとやる気に上乗せ出来てよかった。
