「まどマギ」は、何か胸苦しくなるような感じが魅力ですが、そんな味わいをこの作品は少女マンガ的な繊細さで描き出しています。
珠玉の傑作。

ただし、あくまで二次創作なので、「まどマギ」のTVシリーズ本編と「新編 叛逆の物語」の見ていることが前提です。
