催眠にかかれないもしくはドライまでいけないという人にこの作品をお勧めしたいなと思います。
やはり意識をどこに集中させればいいのかというのが一番最の問題なんだと思うので
この作品では光の玉に意識したり頭の中心に意識を集中させるであったりどこに集中させればいいのかがわかるので良いと思います。
そしてこの作品の終着点は睡眠なので寝る前に聞きやすい。
時間も最短30分少々ですので時間もかかりすぎないので、その点聞きやすいと思います。
