催眠音声の中ではかなり良いほうの作品だと思います。
ゆったりとした声でしっかりと体と心を休めることができます。
私は勉強の合間のリフレッシュに多用していますが、かなり効果的です!
午後からの集中しにくい時間の前に聞くとさらに集中しやすくなると思います
