元々寝付きが悪く、布団に入ってからも暫く寝付けなくて睡眠不足気味だったのですが、これを聴きながら寝るようにしてからというもの、あっという間に意識が遠のいて毎晩ぐっすりと眠れています。おかげで毎朝気持ちよく起きれています。
