わかりやすい例えなどで催眠のことを丁寧に教えてくれます。
この音声を聞く前から一応催眠にはかかることはできましたが、興味があってので聞いみたら以前より催眠にかかりやすくなったように感じます。
たくさんの声優さんの声で収録されてるのであまり聞いたことない声優さんのものを聞いてみるのもいいかと思います。
