寝る前や落ち着きたいときに聴いています。何も考えないようにここがけて聴いているとすぐに眠気がきてイヤホンをつけたまま眠ってしまうことも。作業の合間の5分間に聴くことでリラックして私自身は、効率あがっているような気がしているので重宝しています。
