音声作品ではめずらしい運動特化型の作品です。
運動としては非常にオーソドックスな項目で誰もが知っているものとなっているので、これから運動をしていく方にはやり易いと思います。
メインのシナリオとは別にカウントトラックが入っているので継続的に運動している人は筋トレカウンターとして使うことができます。私はこちらを目当てに購入しました。
10月発売で涼しくなってくる季節なので運動のお供にちょうど良いです。
