前から気になっていたのですが、安くなっていたので購入しました
寝る前に聴くといつのまにか寝てしまうくらいリラックスできるので、催眠音声の中ではかなり短い方だと思うのですが、最後まで聴いたことがあまりない様な気がします
未だに催眠オナニーが成功したことが無いので、これが効果的かどうかはなんとも言えませんが、寝る前に聴けば気持ち良く寝ることができるので良いです
