全体的にゆっくりのんびり時間が進み、体の力が抜けとてもリラックス出来ました。
耳かきの音も個人的に好きで心地よかったのですが、風鈴のチリーンチリーンという音がさらに眠りに誘ってきて気が付いたらグッスリ寝ていました。
音による癒しの空間を体験できて良かったです。
