作者さんがWEB上で公開している艦○れ漫画の総集編1巻。

陸軍から出向してきた軍人気質だがセクハラ系変態要素を持つ提督業初心者な神尾提督と、そのせいで苦労が絶えない電をはじめとした金剛、鈴谷、青葉などの艦娘たちとの日常や出撃を描いたコメディ色の強い作品です。

ただ出撃中や、描き下ろしのような陸軍時代の提督の描写などシリアス要素もいたるところに散りばめられているので艦○れの同人漫画としてはかなり楽しめる内容だと思います。
