この作品は徹底的に癒しに特化した作品で、耳や頭だけでなく心も癒されました。
波の音で心が穏やかになり、波の音も大きすぎないので耳掻きなどの音も邪魔しません。
良い音にこだわっているからこそ、音だけで究極の癒しをもたらす素晴らしい作品です。
聴いている間いつの間にか寝ていたということも多く寝る前の安眠導入にも良いのではないでしょうか。
