本作が一作目と比べて最もパワーアップしたのは新シチュ「閉店後」の追加
7分という時間ながら、耳撫屋の客…とは少し違う特別感を味わう事ができる

もちろんそれだけではなく耳ケアの新しい手法ヘッドスパや耳洗浄などもあり一作目から続けて聞いてもまったく飽きることがなかった

また完全に耳なめに特化したトラックも用意されており個人的にも大変うれしかった
