何がどうなれば催眠にかかっているという事なのかがよくわかります。
私の場合は、実はかかれていたのを「催眠にかかてれない」と思っていたのだという事がよくわかりました。

この後別の催眠音声聞いてみるとすごく楽しめました。
ああ、こうやるんだと。
