専門用語が多く出てきますが、それについてはあまり気になりません。逆にそれらが分からない方が、安眠には適しているかもしれませんね。
落ち着いた音と声で、強い眠気がやってきます。聞いている間に、眠っていることもしばしば。なので、寝落ちできる環境でないと、聴けないかもしれませんね。
