魔術をテーマにした催眠音声です。オーソドックスな深呼吸から、美しい部屋にたどり着いたり、光に包まれたりとアプローチは幅広いです。
特にハマったのはその幻想的な光景。十二星座の光や階段の件など、まるで物語を朗読されているようです。
想像にコツがいるかもしれませんが、落ち着いた語り口に集中し一つ一つ思い浮かべていくだけで、気力が満ちてくるのではないでしょうか。
