犬と猫作品はお店やレストランといった舞台が多い中、今回は商店街です。

議会に議案を出さなきゃいけないのはこれまでにない新しい要素で、政治運営的な要素も感じられる作品です。
そういうこれまでにない部分もありつつも、基本はいつものやりこみ系SLGです。いやホントこのやり込みが犬と猫さんの売りです!いつの間にか数時間過ぎてることもざらだったりで、ついつい長くやっちゃいます。

主人公はこれまでの犬と猫作品にも登場している、ソフィアちゃんです。キャラクターとの会話なども面白いです。
