そういや、昔は父親の実家に親戚中集まって餅つきしてたな～なんて思い出しながら読んでました。餅の話のオンパレードです。
餅の起源や進化?の過程の話、餅の腹持ちの話やちょっと変わった餅料理の話まで、いろいろ収録されてます。
今では餅つきの機会も少なくなりました。正月準備を始める前に正月気分に浸って読むのもいいかもしれませんよ。
