説明にも書いてありますがイライラした時になど聞くと気分が晴れやかになります。仕事やプライベートで疲れたときになど聞くといい効果が出ると思います。

ただこういった作品では必ず言っていいほど重要ですが、マインドの方をコントロールするのも重要で、本作品はチャクラが実際に体を流れていると思い込んで聞いたほうが確実に入り込めます。
