前作同様ひたすら鬼畜なストーリー。
どちらかが捕まり、それを助けに来たもう一人も合わせて一緒に調教。お互いを庇い合っていた二人が薬漬けにされて逆に男を奪い合うように。鬼畜エンドが殆どですが、今回は一応ハッピーエンドっぽいものも一つだけあります。
触手は無いですが蟲姦・蟲出産なんかがあるので注意。
