改造という言葉が強調されているが、BLACK LiLiTHの他の作品に比べると人体改造の要素はおとなしめ(それでも、ふたなりや搾乳はあるが)。どちらかというと、精神的な責めに重点が置かれている。また、孕ませや出産のシチュも多い。終盤でヒロインが化け物を出産するゲームは珍しくないが、本作では物語の途中で出産し、その後も過激な陵辱や拷問が続く。とってつけたようなハッピーエンドで落とさないところも良い。陰惨な展開が好きな人にお勧め。
