ハ○ーが刺し貫かれ、切り刻まれ、犯しまくられるシリーズの第六話。主人公であるはずのハ○ーが名もなきザコキャラたちに痛みつけられるという屈辱的な展開が良い。もちろん、痛めつけられるといっても、殴ったり蹴ったりといった生易しいものではない。
今回は乳責めの要素が強くなっており、触手によるニプルファックの他、媚薬を精製するように肉体改造されて乳房から体液を搾り取られるという展開もある。
また、前回と同様にシス○ージルのエロとグロもある。
