「たこまじんにギチギチに〜(後略)」の続編。本作でのヒロインは犯されまくったために正気を失っている。しかも出産済み(当然、母乳が出る)。とはいえ、完全に堕ちたわけではなく、瀕死の仲間に声をかけられて我に返るシーンもある。この時の表情がなかなか良い感じ。
本編は前作よりもダークになったが、おまけCGのSSのほうは前作ほど陰惨ではない。
