旦那(自分)として、妻のどこか怪しいシーンに遭遇。その後、妻視点で時間軸を戻し、怪しい行動はどういう理由からなのかがわかる・・・という形で読み進める寝取られストーリーです。
効果的に寝取られの背徳感を実感できます。
もともと調教されていた婚約者が、その時の弱みに付け込まれてそのまま溺れてしまい寝取られますが、それが村の風習という表現で表されるため、どうともしがたい感(相手の寝取とりに勝てない)がうまく出ています。

正規ルートにおける物語のエンディングは、説明文の”異種交配”では想像つかず、予想外でした。読み物としてもお勧めです。
