東方の主人公、霊夢が陵辱される話ですが
世界観や霊夢の性格等は完全にオリジナルのようです。
また、紹介にもあるように霊夢は二人
(犯される赤霊夢と、それを見ながら楽しんだりしている青霊夢)居ます。
結果、どちらも挿入されたりしますが。
オリジナルとなっているので、東方を知らない方でも大丈夫と思われます。
