個性的で独特なイラストのような上品なモデリングが美しい。
ノスタルジックな雰囲気の海辺の村や家の外観、内装などが雰囲気があって良い。全て古い家具で無く、家電製品や洋式トイレなのだが、戸は古びて黒くなった木製で障子張りだったりとこだわりが感じられる。
主人公視点でストーリーは進行するのだが、主人公の独白は黒い画面に明朝体で縦書きで短い文章。女も多くは語らない。
独特の寂寥感と淫靡さが上手く混在した作品。
章の名前も全て美しい日本語。
良質な短編小説のような作品。ボリュームもある。おすすめ。
