ボクカノ3となっているが、ボクカノ2と同じく、完全に独立した作品になっているので3からプレイしても全く問題ない。
続編が出る度にパワーアップしているのが嬉しい。
忠臣蔵之介さんの描く男の娘は今回も非常にカワイイ。
ストーリーやエロ度も非常にパワーアップしている。
エロは着エロメインで色々なコスやシチュがある。
ルートによって寝取られもあり、色々な要素が詰まったエロイ男の娘ゲー。
