タイトルそのままな内容で、近親相姦の上妊娠、出産。コレが全て。
普通ならドロドロしそうなのに、全編に愛が溢れてます。

明るく楽しくヤリまくってくれるので、実用性は極めて高いです。
出産の時は流石に苦しそうな表情も見られるものの、あとはずーっと幸せそうにしているところにとても好感が持てます。

それにしても、この母親若いなあ。
姉や妹とほとんど変わらないなあ。
